RETURN POLICY

All returns must be processed in accordance with the Factory Direct Lighting.net return policy to ensure proper credit. In order to correctly process a return you (the consumer ) must contact Factory Direct Lighting.net to obtain an RGA # (Return Goods Authorization) prior to returning any merchandise. Any returns that have not had an RGA # assigned to them will at no time be accepted by Factory Direct Lighting.net. All merchandise must be new, unused, and never installed (except in cases of defect.), and must be in original packaging.

Damaged Goods: Always inspect your merchandise prior to accepting it from the freight carrier. In the event that damage is noticed you (the consumer) must notify the driver and accept the delivery with exception noted in writing on Fedex or UPS delivery ticket. Once the product is received you (the consumer) must do the following.
- Keep all original packaging as this may be required by the freight carrier.
- Contact Factory Direct Lighting.net within 10 days of receipt to notify us (Factory Direct Lighting.net) of the freight damage. Once notified of the damage we may do one or more of the following.
- Issue an RGA # and request the merchandise be returned in the original packaging.
- Ship out replacement parts to return the merchandise to original specifications.
- Ship complete product replacement.
- Request that the merchandise be disposed of properly.

Defective Goods: Within 14 days of receipt of the merchandise you (the consumer) must notify us of the defect. At which point we (Factory Direct Lighting.net) will issue and RGA # (return goods authorization). You (the consumer) will be liable for fees affiliated with returning the merchandise until the merchandise has been inspected and deemed a manufacture defect. Upon completion of inspection a replacement item will be sent to you (the consumer). In no circumstances will Factory Direct Lighting.net accept any returned merchandise without prior authorization from our company including an RGA #.

Incorrect Product: (consumer error): In the event that you (the consumer) ordered the incorrect item, you (the consumer) must contact Factory Direct Lighting.net within 14 days of receipt of the item to obtain an RGA # (return goods authorization). You (the consumer) will be responsible for all fees to return the merchandise to Factory Direct Lighting.net. In order to be accepted the merchandise must be in the original packaging and must have never been used. There will be a 25% restocking fee for any merchandise returned for reason other than error on the part of Factory Direct Lighting.net or manufacture s defect. In no circumstances will Factory Direct Lighting.net accept any returned merchandise without prior authorization including an RGA (return goods authorization) # .
