Pricing: Despite Factory Direct Lighting.net's attempt to keep all pricing current and as accurate as possible, we do not guarantee our pricing to be correct and/ or accurate. In the event of a pricing error, Radionic will correct the pricing as quickly as possible and the correct pricing will apply to all current and future orders. Sales Tax: Factory Direct Lighting.net collects sales tax only on shipments being delivered within the state of Illinois. All other shipments will not be charged sales tax. You (the consumer) are responsible for any local taxes that may be due.

Out of stock items: Factory Direct Lighting.net makes every attempt to keep all products offered in stock. Unfortunately, sometimes the product demand is much higher than the supply of the product. In the event of an out of stock item Factory Direct Lighting.net will contact you (the consumer) via electronic mail. At the time of notification, if an estimated in-stock date is available this will be provided to you. In the case of no estimated in stock date Factory Direct Lighting.net may offer a substitute product. In this case you (the consumer) will be liable for any additional monies for that product if you so choose to accept the substitution. In the case of a credit being issued for a substitute product this will be returned to you via the same method of payment used to place the original order.

Payment: All orders through Factory Direct Lighting.net are to be prepaid. We accept Visa and Mastercard. At this time we do not offer any open terms.

Acceptance or Refusal of Orders: Factory Direct Lighting.net reserves the right at any time to refuse service to any consumer. An order is not considered to be accepted by Factory Direct Lighting.net until you (the consumer) receives an order confirmation from Factory Direct Lighting.net.

Electronic mail: At this time Factory Direct Lighting.net requires a valid e-mail account in order to process an order. Due to the nature of the business all primary contact is conducted via electronic mail. Factory Direct Lighting.net at no time will sell nor publish your electronic mail address. Electronic mail is used solely for the purpose of communication between Factory Direct Lighting.net and you (the consumer) during the entire order process.

Order Cancellation: You (the consumer) may cancel an order without incurring any restocking charges only if the product has not entered production or been shipped. In the event that the order has entered production you (the consumer) will be liable for any production charges/ and or a restocking fee. (RESTOCK FEES). In the event that you (the consumer) need to cancel an order that has already been shipped for any reason other than defect, you the consumer will be liable for freight charges to return the merchandise in accordance with the Factory Direct Lighting.net's return policy.(RETURN POLICY).

DAMAGE OR DEFECTIVE ITEM: Factory Direct Lighting.net makes every attempt to ensure proper functionality and packaging of our merchandise. In the event that you receive a damaged or defective item please contact us immediately and the product will be repaired/ replaced in accordance with the Factory Direct Lighting.net's return policy. (RETURN POLICY). Please do not ship products back to us prior to emailing us and receiving an RGA #. Any such returns will be refused.

Lead Times: Factory Direct Lighting.net has distribution centers across the United States. The actual delivery times may vary based on the product and the availability of the product in the distribution centers. Factory Direct Lighting.net is not responsible for delivery delays due to situations beyond the control of Factory Direct Lighting.net, including but not limited to fire, flood, accident, strike, riot, civil commotions, acts of God, acts of terrorism, acts or mistakes of freight carriers, transmitters, phone companies, internet service providers or failures of internet backbone providers.
