Restocking Fees Factory Direct Lighting.net will gladly accept returns of new and unused product. This product must be in original packaging and have never been installed. The only exceptions to that will be in the case of manufacturers defect. For product returned for any reason other than manufacturers defect or error on the part of Factory Direct Lighting.net there will be a 25% restocking fee. We will not accept returns without an Return Goods Authorization # which you may obtain by contacting us.
